Terms & Conditions

Booking, Payment, Cancellations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip or course unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are generally only available for cancellations made with sufficient advance notice.

  • Cancellations made at short notice may incur cancellation fees of 50%–100% of the total booking value.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are typically non-refundable.

Illness & Medical Cancellations

If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or medical reasons, deposits may be forfeited. We recommend having suitable travel and dive insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Weather & Sea Conditions

Safety is always our priority. If a trip is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule the activity for another date.
